These Terms & Conditions establish the general legal framework governing the relationship between Black City Cars and its clients.
They apply to all services provided by Black City Cars.
Specific service rules â including pricing, waiting time, cancellations, payment execution, and operational policies â are defined in the Booking Conditions, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any discrepancy, the Booking Conditions applicable at the time of booking shall prevail for all service-related matters.
Black City Cars is a private chauffeur and ground transportation service operating in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
References to âBlack City Carsâ, âweâ, âusâ, or âourâ refer to the service provider.
Black City Cars provides pre-arranged chauffeur transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly services, long-distance travel, and special events.
All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
A booking becomes valid only once accepted by Black City Cars.
By submitting a booking request, the client agrees to:
Black City Cars reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
By confirming a booking, the client authorizes Black City Cars to charge the provided payment method for all applicable services.

Clients agree to use Black City Carsâ services in a lawful and respectful manner.

For corporate clients benefiting from invoicing arrangements, payment of invoices is due in accordance with agreed terms.
Black City Cars reserves the right to suspend or refuse service in the event of overdue balances or if credit limits are exceeded.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the client, Black City Cars reserves the right to provide proof of services rendered.
Reasonable administrative fees may apply in cases of abusive or unjustified disputes.
Certain services may be fulfilled by trusted affiliate partners.
Black City Cars remains the primary point of contact; however, partner-specific conditions may apply where relevant.
Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all safety instructions.
Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Any damage or excessive soiling may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of service.
Under Québec regulations, limousines are exempt from mandatory child seat requirements.
Child seats may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
The client remains responsible for proper installation and use.
Clients are responsible for ensuring luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle.
Black City Cars is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
Black City Cars shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where such events result in extended service time, applicable charges may apply in accordance with the Booking Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black City Carsâ liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
Black City Cars shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Black City Cars reserves the right to allocate vehicles and resources based on operational requirements, while ensuring an equivalent or higher level of service whenever possible.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
Any disputes shall be subject to Québec jurisdiction.
Black City Cars reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
By booking or using Black City Carsâ services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the associated Booking Conditions.
