These booking conditions form part of the service agreement between the client and Black City Cars. By confirming a reservation, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
These conditions apply to all services provided by Black City Cars, including airport transfers, point-to-point journeys, hourly chauffeur service, long-distance travel, and special event transportation within the Province of Quebec and beyond.
Vehicle images are for illustration purposes only. The vehicle provided may vary based on availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive soiling of the vehicle. A cleaning or damage fee may be applied at the discretion of Black City Cars.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
In accordance with Quebec regulations, limousine services may be exempt from mandatory child seat requirements. Child seats may be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Black City Cars may assist with installation; however, the client remains fully responsible.
Animals and special items must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to approval.
Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity. Excess or undeclared luggage may result in additional charges or vehicle changes.
Flights are monitored in real time when flight details are provided.
Included waiting time:
• Airport arrivals (YUL): 60 minutes
• FBO / private aviation: 15 minutes
• Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
Additional waiting time is billed per minute.
If the client cannot be reached or fails to meet the chauffeur within the included waiting time, the service may be considered a no-show and charged in full.
• Local (≤100 km): Free cancellation up to 60 minutes
• Long-distance (>100 km): Free cancellation up to 24 hours
• Cross-border travel: Free cancellation up to 24 hours
• Sprinter / minibus: Standard terms unless otherwise agreed
• Formula 1 Grand Prix: Special terms apply
Late cancellations are charged at 100% of the booking.
Failure to meet the chauffeur within the included waiting time without communication will result in a full charge and release of the vehicle.
Changes must be requested in advance. Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
Final pricing may include waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking, airport fees, fuel surcharge, after-hours service (23:00–07:00), and holidays.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Black City Cars reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge payment in advance at its discretion.
By confirming a reservation, the client authorizes Black City Cars to charge the provided payment method for all applicable services.
In the event that a payment fails or is declined, full payment may be required in advance.
Service is not confirmed until payment is secured.
Vehicles will not be dispatched without confirmed payment or valid pre-authorization.
Black City Cars is not responsible for delays related to customs or border control. All time remains billable.
Black City Cars is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. Such delays remain billable.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused.
Some services may be fulfilled by trusted affiliate partners.
Black City Cars reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if client behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.
Black City Cars reserves the right to interpret and enforce these conditions.
