This FAQ provides general information about our chauffeur services, airport transfers, and bookings.

Airport Transfers & Pickups

For commercial arrivals at YUL, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting area, holding a personalized name sign.

For private aviation and FBO arrivals, your chauffeur will coordinate directly with the FBO and meet you at the appropriate entrance or aircraft access point as permitted.

You will receive your chauffeur’s contact details prior to pickup.

Yes. For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time to adjust for delays or early arrivals.

We dispatch your chauffeur based on actual landing time, helping ensure a smooth pickup experience.

If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time based on live flight tracking.

Waiting time policies may apply depending on the type of booking. Please refer to our Booking Conditions for full details.

Complimentary waiting time is included for airport pickups.

Additional waiting beyond the included period may be billed accordingly. Specific details are outlined in our Booking Conditions.

You will receive your chauffeur’s direct contact number prior to pickup.

If you experience difficulty locating your driver, please call or text immediately and we will assist you right away.

Booking & Pricing

Pricing is calculated based on:

  • Distance-based transfers

  • Hourly bookings

  • Vehicle class

  • Special requirements

All quotes provided prior to booking are transparent and confirmed in advance.

Your quote typically includes:

  • Professional chauffeur service

  • Vehicle and fuel

  • Standard waiting time (where applicable)

  • Tolls within the planned route

Taxes and additional services are clearly displayed before confirmation.

Distance-based bookings are priced from pickup location to final destination.

Hourly bookings are ideal for events, business meetings, or multi-stop itineraries where flexibility is required.

For most bookings, payment is processed in advance or authorized prior to service.

Corporate accounts may operate under separate invoicing arrangements.

Black City Cars offers:

  • Luxury sedans (Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent)

  • Premium SUVs

  • Executive Sprinter vans

Vehicle availability may vary depending on demand and scheduling.

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle class.

If you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or multiple large suitcases, we recommend advising us in advance to ensure proper vehicle selection.

Small pets may be permitted if disclosed in advance and properly secured in a carrier.

Please notify us at the time of booking to confirm arrangements.

Child seats may be available upon request.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and suitability. Please inform us in advance if a child seat is required.

During Your Ride

Additional stops may be possible depending on scheduling and booking type.

For hourly bookings, stops are naturally included within your reserved time.

For distance-based transfers, additional stops may affect final pricing.

Ride extensions are subject to availability.

We will do our best to accommodate additional time when possible.

Light beverages are generally acceptable.

To maintain vehicle condition, we kindly ask that food consumption be limited and discussed with your chauffeur.

Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, discreet, punctual, and appropriately dressed.

Corporate & Long-Distance Travel

Yes. We provide tailored corporate accounts with simplified booking, priority service, and invoicing options.

Yes. We offer long-distance transportation throughout Québec and beyond, including Ottawa, Mont-Tremblant, Québec City, and other destinations.

Advance booking is recommended for extended trips.

Cross-border services may be available upon request and subject to scheduling and documentation requirements.

Changes, Cancellations & After the Ride

Booking changes should be requested as early as possible.

We will confirm whether adjustments can be accommodated based on availability.
